Washington County’s 4-H STEM mission is to improve youth performance and confidence in the critical subjects of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). 4-H STEM clubs provide a safe learning environment for youth to develop STEM abilities under the guidance of caring adults through the experiential learning model.
